Off to the agent
A brand new book, the first three chapters anyway, off to the agent today. This will be the second attempt and was by far the most difficult. Lots of memories of childhood and my mother. Will see what comes back in a week or two…
Sunset after the harvest.
One of the largest pieces I made. 4ft by 3.5ft I was testing the medium with an extended span and to see whether the illusion of the landscape could still be read.
It worked!
It survived the dishwasher and came out gleaming and shiny. Need to pluck up the courage to do my favorite piece next ….
Dishwasher safe?
A piece I made nearly 20yrs ago had sat gathering dust all that time. Had to clean it so took a punt and shoved it in the dishwasher. Didn’t really shove it. I had already tried it with a smaller piece but you never know how the glass joints will behave. All this is leading up to putting my favorite piece in next time. Fingers crossed x
